SignRequest Integration | Email Templates

Use this guide to locate and edit email templates in the SignRequest Integration (8) group. Each section below explains what the template is used for and how to find it in Email templates.


How to locate and edit email template 17.1: Send offer to candidate β†’ Candidate

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a candidate when you send an offer via SignRequest.

Template Details:

  • Category: SignRequest Integration

  • Template ID: 17.1

  • Name: Send offer to candidate β†’ Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select SignRequest Integration.

  3. Choose 17.1 Send offer to candidate β†’ Candidate.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group SignRequest Integration is selected.

  • The template 17.1 Send offer to candidate β†’ Candidate is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 17.2: Send offer to Candidates company representative β†’ Candidate

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent when an offer is sent via SignRequest to the candidate’s company representative.

Template Details:

  • Category: SignRequest Integration

  • Template ID: 17.2

  • Name: Send offer to Candidates company representative β†’ Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select SignRequest Integration.

  3. Choose 17.2 Send offer to Candidates company representative β†’ Candidate.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a candidate when you send a document for signing via SignRequest.

Template Details:

  • Template ID: 17.3

  • Name: Send document to Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate

  • Name: Cancel SignRequest for Candidate document

  • Recipient Type: Candidate

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a client contact when you send a contract for signing via SignRequest.

  • Recipient Type: Contact
