Use this guide to locate and edit email templates in the LiveList™ (4) group. Each section below explains what the template is used for and how to find it in Email templates.
How to locate and edit email template 10.1: Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User
Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the internal email notification sent to a user when a company contact forwards a LiveList™ candidate list internally.

Name: Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User
Recipient Type: User
Clear Navigation Steps:
Go to Settings, then click Email templates.
In the left panel, select LiveList™.
Choose 10.1 Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User.
Select Default variant (or your custom variant).
In the left panel, the group LiveList™ is selected.
The template 10.1 Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User is highlighted.
Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.
How to locate and edit email template 10.2: LiveList™ Notification → User
Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the internal LiveList™ notification email sent to a user.

Name: LiveList™ Notification → User
Recipient Type: User
Clear Navigation Steps:
Go to Settings, then click Email templates.
In the left panel, select LiveList™.
Choose 10.2 LiveList™ Notification → User.
