Use this guide to find and edit LiveList™ email templates in Vincere, including internal LiveList™ notifications and candidate list forwarding emails (with or without password protection).

Use this guide to locate and edit email templates in the LiveList™ (4) group. Each section below explains what the template is used for and how to find it in Email templates.


How to locate and edit email template 10.1: Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the internal email notification sent to a user when a company contact forwards a LiveList™ candidate list internally.

Template Details:

  • Category: LiveList™

  • Template ID: 10.1

  • Name: Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User

  • Recipient Type: User

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select LiveList™.

  3. Choose 10.1 Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group LiveList™ is selected.

  • The template 10.1 Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally → User is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 10.2: LiveList™ Notification → User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the internal LiveList™ notification email sent to a user.

Template Details:

  • Category: LiveList™

  • Template ID: 10.2

  • Name: LiveList™ Notification → User

  • Recipient Type: User

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select LiveList™.

  3. Choose 10.2 LiveList™ Notification → User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group LiveList™ is selected.

  • The template 10.2 LiveList™ Notification → User is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the internal email notification sent to a user when a company contact forwards a password-protected LiveList™ candidate list internally.

  • Name: Company Contact forward Candidate list (LiveList™) internally with password → User

  • Recipient Type: User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the rejection email sent to a candidate when a client rejects them via LiveList™.

Template Details:

  • Category: LiveList™

  • Template ID: 10.3

  • Name: Send rejection email when Candidate is rejected by Clients > Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select LiveList™.

  3. Choose 10.3 Send rejection email when Candidate is rejected by Clients > Candidate.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group LiveList™ is selected.

  • The template 10.3 Send rejection email when Candidate is rejected by Clients > Candidate is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.
