Learn how to identify and edit email templates in the ATS (23) group using template IDs, recipients, and UI paths—especially when you only have a screenshot.

This article explains how to match screenshots to the correct ATS (23) email template, then safely open and edit the right template based on its template name, recipient, and UI path.


How to locate and edit email template 2.1: User sends job information → Active Candidate

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to an active candidate when you send job information.

Template Details:

  • Category: ATS

  • Template ID: 2.1

  • Name: User sends job information → Active Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate (External)

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select ATS.

  3. Choose 2.1 User sends job information → Active Candidate.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group ATS is selected.

  • The template 2.1 User sends job information → Active Candidate is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 2.2: User sends job information → Passive Candidate

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a passive candidate when you send job information.

Template Details:

  • Category: ATS

  • Template ID: 2.2

  • Name: User sends job information → Passive Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate (External)

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select ATS.

  3. Choose 2.2 User sends job information → Passive Candidate.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the notification email you receive when a passive candidate accepts a job introduction.
