Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a candidate when you send an official offer.

Template Details:

  • Category: Offer letters

  • Template ID: 4.1

  • Name: Email for Official offer → Candidate

  • Recipient Type: Candidate

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Offer letters.

  3. Choose 4.1 Email for Official offer → Candidate.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group Offer letters is selected.

  • The template 4.1 Email for Official offer → Candidate is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to the candidate’s company representative when you send an official offer.

  • Recipient Type: Candidates company representative
