Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email notification sent when an export file is completed and ready.

Template Details:

  • Template ID: 8.1

  • Name: Export File complete → User

  • Recipient Type: User

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Import/Export Tool.

  3. Choose 8.1 Export File complete → User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group Import/Export Tool is selected.
