Vincere Core Updates:
β¨ Auto Geotagging for Candidate Locations
Vincere now automatically assigns geographic coordinates to a candidate's current location whenever it's created or updated with address information β so candidates show up in radius searches straight away, without any manual geocoding.
π What's New
Automatic Geotagging
When you save a candidate's current location with an address Vincere automatically pins them on the map, so they show up in radius search β no extra steps needed.
This works across all the ways you create or update candidate locations:
Candidate Profile β editing the Location panel directly
Quick Add Candidate form β adding a candidate with a current location via the Quick Add Candidate
Data Import β bulk importing candidates with location data.
Candidate Merge β the master candidateβs location is automatically geotagged
REST API v2 integrations β including Velocity Chrome Extension, third-party integrations, and custom API clients
Job board integrations β candidates received via Broadbean or Logic Melon
Minimum Address Requirements For geocoding to work, the candidate's current location needs at least one of: City + Country or a full street address (street, city, country).
π‘ Why It Matters
No more invisible candidates β Candidates with valid address data will now automatically appear in radius searches, so you won't miss potential matches.
Save time β Eliminates the need to manually geocode each candidate record, saving 2β3 minutes per record with no bulk option previously available.
Better placements β More candidates visible in location searches means more opportunities to find the right match.
π Important Note
Candidate current location only
Auto GeoTagging applies when a candidateβs current location is created or updated after the feature is released. Existing location records without geocoordinates are not retroactively geocoded in this release.
This release covers candidate current location records only. Other entity types (contacts, companies) and other location types are not included in this phase.
β¨ Cookie Consent Management
Vincere now gives every user full visibility and control over how cookies are used during their session. When you visit Vincere, you'll see a clear, easy-to-use consent banner that explains what cookies are in use and lets you decide which ones you're comfortable with β ensuring compliance with UK data protection regulations (ICO/GDPR).
π What's New
Cookie Consent Banner
A new Cookie Consent Banner will appear at the bottom of the screen on your first visit (or after clearing your browser data). The banner explains how Vincere uses cookies across categories such as essential functionality, performance analytics, and personalised advertising.
You will have three options:
Accept All Cookies β consents to all cookie categories.
Reject All β declines all non-essential cookies immediately.
Cookie Settings β opens a panel where you can choose exactly which cookie categories to allow.
Once you make a choice, it's saved to your browser, and the banner won't appear again on future visits unless your preferences need to be renewed.
Users whose accounts are based in the APAC or Australia region will see a version of the banner with a single "Accept & close" action, in line with consent requirements for those regions. The full cookie policy is still accessible via the "See our cookie policy" link within the banner.
How It Works
A consent banner appears on your first visit or after clearing your browserβs cache.
Choose to Accept All Cookies, Reject All non-essential cookies, or open Cookie Settings to pick which categories to allow.
Your choice is saved automatically β the banner won't appear again unless your preferences need to be renewed or you clear your browser data.
You can update your preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the application.
All consent choices are recorded securely
Update Cookies Preferences Anytime
You can revisit and change your cookie preferences at any time β either through the Cookie Settings link in the application, or via the new "Update Cookies Settings" button in your User Settings page.
Intelligence Updates:
β¨ New βTeam (Job)β Filter on Booked Fees & Actual Fees dashboard
We've added a "Team (Job)" filter to both the Booked Fees and Actual Fees dashboards, so you can analyse fee data by the team assigned to the job β not just by consultant team. This gives you a more detailed view of cashflows based on job ownership.
π What's New
Booked Fees dashboard: "Team (Job)" Filter
A new "Team (Job)" dropdown filter is now available on the Booked Fees dashboard. It sits below the existing Team filter (which filters by consultant team) and lets you segment fee data by the team responsible for each job.
Actual Fees dashboard: "Team (Job)" Filter
A new "Team (Job)" filter has been added to the Actual Fees dashboard, enabling recruiting managers to segment actual fee analysis and cash flow reporting by the team(s) associated with the job.
π‘ Why It Matters
See revenue by job ownership β Understand which job teams are driving fee income, independent of which consultants are assigned.
Compare team performance β Identify variation in fee realisation across job teams to target improvements and support resource allocation.
π Important Note
This new "Team (Job)" filter segments fees by the team associated with the job itself. It is distinct from the existing "Team" filter, which segments data by the consultant's assigned team.
Both filters can be used independently or in combination to support complex analysis across consultant team and job team dimensions.
