✨ Force Document Type Selection on Upload

Document uploads no longer default to "CV/Resume" — consultants must now select the correct document type before uploading, ensuring every file is properly classified from the start.

👉 What's New

No More Auto-Defaults

Previously, all uploaded files automatically defaulted to "CV/Resume" as the document type. The dropdown now shows a "Please select" placeholder, requiring consultants to actively choose the correct type before proceeding

Upload Button Stays Disabled Until Complete
The upload button remains greyed out until every file in the batch has a document type selected. This applies to the Upload File across Candidate, Contact, and Company profiles.

💡 Why It Matters

Better data quality from the start. By making document type selection mandatory at the point of upload, your team eliminates mislabelled documents before they happen — making records easier to search, manage, and audit across the platform.

✨ "Show Location" Column in Send Job List

Recruiters can now choose — on a per-job basis — whether to display or hide location information when sending job lists to candidates, protecting sensitive client details where needed.

👉 What's New

New "Show Location" Checkbox Column

A new column has been added to the Send Job List. Each job row has its own checkbox giving consultants full control over whether the location is visible to the candidate.

Select All / Deselect All Toggle

A bulk toggle in the column header lets consultants show or hide locations across all jobs in the list at once.

"Hidden" Label on Candidate-Facing Page

When a location is unchecked, the candidate sees "Hidden" instead of the location name on the Send Job List page.

In the Job List page:

Note: Location data is sourced from the "Location Name" field in the job's location record. When no location data exists on the job, it displays as "No Location" in the Send Job List set-up page.

💡 Why It Matters

Protect your client relationships. Specific location names can reveal a client's identity, enabling candidates to apply directly and bypass your agency. This feature gives your consultants the control to share only what's appropriate — keeping client relationships secure.
