⨠Profile Improvements
You can now work more efficiently from the candidate profile, with a more consistent default email template, a clearer Actions button, more detailed activity information and a visible selection in Quick View.
đ What's New
Actions button
The ellipsis (...) button on the entity profile has been replaced with a labelled Actions button, making its purpose clear at a glance.
The Actions button is also applied to the Full View and Quick Views of Candidate, Contact and Company profiles.
Candidate email template default
When you open the email action from a candidate profile, the candidate email template by default is now using Template 6.1
Stage-based default templates continue to apply when the email action is opened from outside the profile, such as from the ATS table.
To learn more about configuring and setting up email templates, see Vincere Email Templates
Last Activity date
Hovering over Last Activity on an entity profile now shows the exact date of the most recent activity alongside the number of days.
Before: On the profile, hovering over the Last Activity date showed only the number of days since the entity, such as a candidate, was last active. The exact activity date was not shown.
After: Hovering on the Last Activity date, now displays the exact date of the last activity.
Date format follows the date format settings of the logged in user
The last activity date is also applied to the Full View and Quick Views of Candidate, Contact and Company profiles.
Selected candidate highlighted in Quick View
When you open a candidate in Quick View from a table, the corresponding row is now highlighted with a grey background.
Giving users a clear visual reference to the candidate they are currently viewing, reducing confusion and helping them maintain context while navigating through the table.
This behaviour also applies to all entity records when you are using the Quick View feature from the table view.
đĄ Why It Matters
Helps make everyday tasks more intuitive
Improves how easily users can navigate candidate profiles and lists.

Show expense report as one combined line â the default, which keeps the existing behaviour
Itemise expense claims per claim (with Claim ID) â each claim is shown as a separate invoice line
