Vincere Core Updates:
The following features Candidate Scheduler, Fatigue Management and Visa Restriction are part of the High-Volume Temp module, designed to help agencies managing large-scale temporary workforces stay compliant and operationally efficient at scale.
If you're interested in getting access to this module, please reach out to your Account Manager.
✨ Updates to Candidate Scheduler
This release builds on the Candidate Scheduler foundation with more enhancements that cut down on context-switching and give you more control over scheduling directly from the Candidate Scheduler.
👉 What's New
Create a New Shift Without Leaving the Scheduler
You can now create a brand-new shift directly inside the Assign Shift wizard — no need to switch to the Shift Scheduler to set one up first. Shifts created here use the same structure as Shift Scheduler shifts and are visible and manageable from both tools.
Edit Availability
Previously, availability and unavailability records could only be added. You can now edit and remove them directly from the Candidate Scheduler.
Filter by Talent Pool, Industry and Sub-Industry in the Candidate View Builder
The Candidate View Builder now lets you filter candidates by Talent Pool membership, alongside a refreshed filter experience with editable filter rows and per-field operators.
It also now supports filtering by Industry and Sub-Industry — useful for agencies with specialist benches (healthcare, construction, logistics) who need to load only candidates with relevant sector expertise.
Unbook Flow
Remove a candidate from a booked shift directly from the calendar grid — no need to navigate away. Full scope control for recurring shifts. An activity log entry is automatically created on the placement on every successful unbook.
✨ Fatigue Management
Protect your candidates and stay compliant — automated fatigue rule enforcement at the point of booking.
Fatigue Management automatically checks whether booking a candidate into a new shift would breach the fatigue rules configured for their role — before the booking is confirmed.
👉 What's New
Fatigue Rule Templates
Admins can now create reusable templates that define shift length limits, minimum rest periods, and maximum consecutive working days.
Job-Level Assignment
Templates are assigned to jobs in the Shift Scheduler or Candidate Scheduler — one template per job.
Cross-Job Fatigue Checks
When a recruiter books a candidate, Vincere checks their shift history across all jobs sharing the same template — preventing fatigue breaches even when a candidate works across multiple placements.
Hard Block or Soft Warning
Choose how a warning is handled per template — block the booking outright or allow it to proceed with a mandatory recruiter justification.
Draft & Active States
Templates can be saved as Draft (no enforcement) or Active (enforcement begins immediately), and can be Edited, Duplicated, or Archived at any time.
💡 Why It Matters
Supports agencies operating under UK Working Time Regulations and Australian Modern Award frameworks with system-enforced safety nets.
Prevents recruiters from unknowingly booking candidates into patterns that breach legal rest requirements or contractual shift-length caps.
✨ Visa Restriction
Automatically enforce visa working-hour limits at the point of booking — no more manual tracking.
👉 What's New
Visa Type Configuration
Admins can now create and manage Visa Types directly in General Settings, including weekly hour caps, required documents, and unrestricted date periods.
Visa Restriction Field on Candidate Profile
A new field on the Candidate Profile automatically links a candidate to their visa type — and drives their Onboarding Doc Check list automatically.
Automated Booking Validation
When a recruiter attempts to book a visa-restricted candidate, Vincere calculates total scheduled hours across all active placements for that week and blocks the booking if the cap would be exceeded.
Unrestricted Periods
Supports configured date ranges when the hour cap does not apply (e.g. semester breaks for student visas) — the hour check is skipped entirely for weeks that fall within a configured period.
Scheduler Coverage
Works across both the Shift Scheduler and Candidate Scheduler, including bulk booking flows.
💡 Why It Matters
Compliance Protection: Automatically prevents visa hour breaches that could result in visa cancellation for candidates or sponsor licence sanctions for your agency.
📌 Important Notes
Candidate Scheduler, Fatigue Management and Visa Restriction features are part of the High-Volume Temp module. Reach out to your Account Manager for more information.
Intelligence Updates:
✨ Invoices dashboard: Date Type Filter
Added a new "Date Type" filter to the Invoices dashboard, allowing users to toggle between Invoice Date (default) and Service Delivery Date when analysing invoice data.
This enables revenue analysis based on when services were actually delivered, rather than only when the invoice was raised.
👉 What's New
New Date Type Filter
Invoice Date (default) – filters and aggregates invoice data based on the date the invoice was issued.
Service Delivery Date – filters and aggregates invoice data based on the date the recruiting service was delivered.
✨ Rejection Reason Analytics (Evo Navigator)
Introduced a new donut chart visual on the Rejection Reason Analytics in the Evo Navigator, showing the breakdown of rejected candidates by rejection reason, for either this quarter or last quarter.
👉 What's New
New Donut Chart Visual
A new donut chart has been added to the Rejection Reason Analytics micro-frontend (MFE), showing the breakdown of rejected candidates by rejection reason.
Quarter Toggle
Users can switch between This Quarter (current, in-progress quarter) and Last Quarter (most recently completed quarter) to compare trends over time.
Proportional Segments: Each segment of the donut chart represents a distinct rejection reason, sized proportionally by volume of rejected candidates.
