✨ Smart Default Timesheet Periods for Candidates
Recruiter Admins can now configure which timesheet period candidates see by default when creating new timesheets, perfectly aligning with your agency's submission workflow.
👉 What's New
Configurable Default Period
Set candidates to land on either the Current Period (this week) or Previous Period (last week) when creating timesheets.
Automatic Fallback Protection
If a candidate's placement isn't active for the selected default period or if no setting is configured, the system automatically defaults to the current period.
Consistent Cross-Platform Experience
Works seamlessly on both Web and Mobile candidate experiences.
⚙️ How to Set It Up
Navigate to Management > Configuration > General Settings > Timesheet Creation Settings.
Select your preferred Default Period: Current Period or Previous Period.
💡 Why It MattersReduces candidate confusion and extra clicks when submitting timesheets. Aligns with your workflow, especially for agencies where candidates typically submit for the previous week. Fewer submission errors and improved timesheet accuracy. |
📋Important Notes
Tenant-Wide Application: The setting applies to all candidates within your organization and cannot be customized per individual candidate.
Multi-Cycle Support: For placements with different timesheet cycles (biweekly, monthly, 4-weekly, semi-monthly), the Previous/Current period logic automatically respects the appropriate cycle boundaries.
✨ Customizable Home Page Settings by User Role
Recruiter Admins can now control which page each user role lands on after login—Dashboard or Timesheets—ensuring users reach the most relevant screen for their workflow.
👉 What's New
Role-Based Home Pages
Configure separate landing pages for Recruiters, Managers, Approvers, and Candidates.
Smart Logo Navigation
Clicking the TimeTemp logo now takes users to their configured home page, not just the Dashboard.
Safe Fallback System
Missing or invalid configurations automatically default to the Dashboard.
Unaffected Navigation
Password reset flows, deep links, shared links, and SSO redirects remain unchanged.
⚙️ How to Set It Up
Go to Settings > Configuration > General Settings > Default Home Page Settings.
Choose Dashboard or Timesheets for each user role.
💡 Why It MattersSaves navigation time by landing users where they need to be. Improves workflow efficiency for different user types. Reduces friction in daily platform usage. |
📋Important Notes
Tenant-Wide Per Role: Settings apply to all users within each role and cannot be customized per individual user.
Candidate Access Protection: Candidate role users without timesheet access always default to Dashboard regardless of settings.
✨ Persistent Dashboard Filters Across Sessions
Time Dashboard filters now stay exactly as you left them. Your filter preferences are saved separately for Logged Time and Scheduled Shifts views, eliminating the need to reconfigure settings each session.
👉 What's New
Individual Filter Memory
Logged Time and Scheduled Shifts views each remember their own filter settings.
Role-Specific Storage
Recruiters, Managers, and Approvers each have their own saved filter sets.
Smart Date Handling
Relative date ranges (like "This Week" or "Last Week") automatically update to stay current.
Cross-Session Persistence
Filters remain active even after logging out and back in.
💡 Why It MattersEliminates repetitive filtering across dashboard sessions. Maintains your preferred context when switching between views. Saves time by preserving your workflow preferences. |
📋Important Notes
Manual Reset Override: Users can manually reset filters at any time, which clears the saved state.
Storage Scope: Filters are stored per user, per tenant, and per view.
✨ Enhanced Search for Non-Placement Candidates
Find any candidate by name, whether they have active job placements or not. Search functionality now works consistently across both Worker Roster and global search. This compliments our latest release allowing you to send candidates to TimeTemp from the candidate record or candidate table rather than waiting for them to be placed to appear.
👉 What's New
Name-Based Search
Search for candidates by name in both Worker Roster search and the main global search bar.
Case-Insensitive Matching
Search supports partial name matches and is not case-sensitive.
Visual Distinction
Non-placement candidates appear with grayed-out, non-clickable names to indicate their status.
Helpful Tooltips
Hover over grayed-out candidate names to see why profile access isn't available.
Mixed Search Results
Results include both active employees (clickable) and non-placement candidates (grayed-out) as appropriate.
💡 Why It MattersFaster candidate discovery without manual scrolling through lists. Better candidate utilization for new opportunities. Streamlined workflow with consistent search experience regardless of placement status. |
📋Important Notes
Search Limitations: Only name-based searches work for non-placement candidates.
Profile Access Requirement: While you can find non-placement candidates through search, full profile access requires the candidate to receive a job assignment first.
✨ Candidate Ownership Access for Non-Placement Candidates
Recruiters now have visibility into candidates they own in Vincere, even when those candidates don't have active TimeTemp job placements if sending candidates to TimeTemp pre placement via the candidate record or candidate table.
👉 What's New
Ownership Sync
Candidate ownership information transfers from Vincere to TimeTemp during sync operations.
Multiple Owner Support
When candidates have multiple owners in Vincere, all qualifying owners with TimeTemp access gain visibility.
Job Assignment Handling
When owned candidates receive job assignments, both candidate owners and job owners maintain appropriate access levels.
Admin Override
Recruiter Admins retain full access to all candidates regardless of ownership relationships, with all existing administrative functions unchanged.
Ownership Transitions
Access rights automatically adjust when ownership changes occur in Vincere during the next sync operation.
💡 Why It MattersComplete pipeline visibility for all candidates you own. Better resource utilization of your candidate relationships. Streamlined operations without switching between systems. |
📋Important Notes
Access Dependencies: Your access to owned candidates requires maintaining both Vincere ownership and TimeTemp permissions.
Visual Display: Owned candidates without placements appear grayed-out until they receive job assignments.
Profile Access Limitation: While you can see owned candidates, you cannot access their full contract profiles until they get job assignments.
Multiple Relationships: Some candidates may appear in your list due to multiple ownership types (candidate owner, job owner, or both).
