✨ Unified Filter Bar for Timesheet Management
We've completely redesigned the timesheet filtering experience with a centralized, unified filter bar that replaces the old column header filters and separate Global Filter system, streamlining filtering into one consistent interface across all user roles.

One Filter System for All Users
All user roles—Recruiters, Managers/Approvers, and Employees—now use the same intuitive filter interface located directly beneath the timesheet status tabs, eliminating the confusion of having separate filter systems.
Visual Filter Management
Applied filters display as clear "pills" in the filter bar, with easy individual removal using the "x" icon, plus a complete reset option to return to defaults.
Role-Based Default Filters
Each role sees a customized set of default filters tailored to their workflow:
Recruiters: Date Range, Company, Job Role, Employee, Team
Managers/Approvers: Date Range, Employee, Job Role
Employees: Date Range, Company, Job Role
Add Custom Filters
Expand your filtering beyond defaults through the 3-dots menu with role-specific additional options:
Recruiters: Branches, Brands, Job Site Location, Job's Owners, Sync Status, Placement ID, Managers, Approvers
Managers/Approvers & Employees: Job Site Location, Manager, Sync Status
Persistent Filter Memory
Your applied filters now stay in place between sessions and are saved per user, per status tab—no more reconfiguring your view every time you return.
Apply to All Tabs
Instantly copy your filter setup from one status tab (e.g., "Submitted") to all other tabs ("Approved," "Unsubmitted") with one click.
Note: In the Unsubmitted tab, Date Range has a maximum of 1 year; if your current range exceeds this, it will be auto-limited to 1 year.
Enhanced Table Sorting
Sort your filtered results directly in the timesheet table by Job, Company, Date Range, Candidate, and Manager without needing to export first.
Smart Search Performance
Filter selection now uses intelligent full-text search instead of loading entire lists, showing up to 10 most recent selections for quick access and dramatically improving performance for large datasets.

Important Notes
This update only applies to Timesheet tables in Timetemp. Other list views (e.g., Expenses, Leave) will retain their current filter interface until a future update.
Column header filters have been permanently removed from Timesheet Management and replaced with the new unified filter bar system.
For recruiters who previously used the Global Filter, your saved settings will be automatically migrated to the new unified filter bar.
