✨ Easily edit placement start dates (for TimeTemp / FastTrack360 placements)
We're excited to introduce a new enhancement that makes managing placements smoother and more flexible! With this update, users can now edit the placement start date more easily when using TimeTemp or TimeTemp & FastTrack360 for time management—without needing to adjust any settings.
👉 What’s New?
Edit Placement Start Date
Users can now directly update the placement start date, provided no timesheets have been submitted, approved, or rejected. This means greater flexibility when making adjustments before timesheets come into play.
Automatic Start Date Updates
If a candidate is booked for a shift earlier than the current placement start date, the system will automatically update the start date to reflect the earliest shift. No manual updates needed—your placement dates will always be accurate.
How It Works
The Start Date field in the placement section is now editable for placements using TimeTemp or TimeTemp & FastTrack360, as long as no timesheets have been submitted, approved, or rejected.
If a shift is booked with a date earlier than the existing start date, the placement start date will update automatically.
Restrictions apply: You cannot select a start date later than the original placement start date or after a booked shift start date.
If a timesheet has already been submitted, approved, or rejected, the start date field will remain locked to protect data integrity.
How This Helps You
✅ Updating Start Date for a New Placement
Before any timesheets are submitted, users can update and save the start date without any extra steps.
✅ Automatic Adjustment for Booked Shifts
If a candidate is scheduled for a shift before the current start date, the system updates the placement date automatically to ensure accuracy.
❌ Editing Start Date After Timesheets Are Submitted
Once a timesheet is submitted, approved, or rejected, the Start Date field is locked to prevent conflicts with payroll and reporting data.
Things to Keep in Mind
The start date can only be edited before timesheets are submitted.
Automatic updates will align the placement start date with the earliest booked shift.
If a timesheet has been processed, the start date field will remain locked to maintain consistency.
✨ Quickly find candidates with their most recent CV/Resume
We’ve made it easier for recruiters to identify candidates with the latest CVs—no more time-consuming manual reviews or missed opportunities 🙏
👉 What’s New?
You can now sort and filter candidates by their most recently uploaded CV in the candidate and application tables. A new column, "Latest CV Added Date," has been added to help you quickly find and engage with candidates based on their most up-to-date resumes.
How It Works
✅ New Column: "Latest CV Added Date"
Available in the Candidate table, Advanced Search (Candidate table), and Applications table (ATS & Job Profile)
Can be filtered and sorted to show candidates with the newest CV uploads
Pulls data from the “Added Date” of the file marked as Latest CV in a candidate’s profile
How This Helps You
🔍 Quickly Find the Most Recent CVs
Upload a new CV and mark it as the Latest CV in the Candidate profile
Enable the "Latest CV Added Date" column in the Candidate table
Sort or filter candidates by most recently uploaded CV to focus on the freshest talent
🛠 Advanced Search for Smarter Filtering
Use Advanced Search to find candidates based on their latest CV upload date
Apply the “Not Null” filter to exclude empty data before sorting
Important Notes
⚠️ If a candidate doesn’t have a CV marked as Latest CV, this column may be blank. Use the “Not Null” filter to refine results before sorting.
⚠️ When we release this feature (on 5th March 2025), data indexing will be in progress, so the "Latest CV Added Date" column in Advanced Search might initially appear blank. Wait a few hours after the release for the data to populate before using this filter.
Now, finding the right candidates just got faster and easier! 🚀
✨ You can now track accepted but unbooked candidate shifts
Managing shifts just got easier! We’ve added a new visual indicator and filter to help you quickly identify shifts where a candidate has accepted but has not yet been booked. These enhancements improve workflow efficiency, reduce the risk of missed bookings, and make shift scheduling smoother.
What’s New?
✅ New Icon for Accepted but Unbooked Shifts
A new icon will appear next to shifts in the Shift Scheduler when a candidate has accepted but not yet been booked.
This serves as a visual alert, so you can take quick action to finalise the booking.
The icon will be visible in both the shift list and shift details view for easy identification.
✅ New Filter: "Shifts Accepted by Candidates"
A new filter in the Shift Scheduler lets you quickly find shifts where a candidate has accepted but has not yet been booked.
Applying this filter helps you focus on shifts that need immediate attention and streamline the scheduling process.
How This Helps You
🔍 Quickly Identify Unbooked Accepted Shifts
A candidate accepts a shift but isn’t booked yet.
The new icon appears, reminding you to complete the booking process.
🛠 Easily Filter and Take Action
Use the "Shifts Accepted by Candidates" filter in the Shift Scheduler to see only unbooked accepted shifts.
Review and complete bookings without missing any shifts.
⚡ Stay on Top of Scheduling
No more manual tracking—these automated indicators and filters ensure nothing slips through the cracks!
Important Notes
⚠️ The icon only appears for shifts where a candidate has accepted but is not yet booked. Once booked, the icon disappears.
⚠️ The filter helps you find unbooked shifts, but you’ll still need to take action to confirm bookings.
This update makes shift management faster, easier, and more efficient! 🚀
✨ Daylight Saving Time (DST) handling for timesheets in TimeTemp
Managing timesheets during Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes is now simpler and clearer. With this update, TimeTemp provides visual alerts and user-friendly controls to help users handle time adjustments seamlessly, reducing confusion and payroll discrepancies.
What’s New?
✅ Clear DST Notifications in Timesheets
A DST notification banner now appears in Timesheets & Timesheet PDFs when a shift falls on a DST transition day.
The banner displays:
The exact date & time of the DST change (e.g., DST starts on 5th October at 2:00 AM (GMT+11)).
A reminder that clocks move forward or backward by 1 hour.
Available on Web (for all users) and Mobile (for candidates).
✅ Improved Time Entry UX for DST Awareness
When DST starts (clocks move forward at 2:00 AM):
The skipped hour (2:00 AM – 3:00 AM) is unavailable for selection.
Users trying to select it will see a tooltip notification explaining the change.
When DST ends (clocks move back at 1:00 AM):
1:00 AM occurs twice—users must select:
Before DST Ends (first 1:00 AM)
After DST Ends (second 1:00 AM)
The system prompts users to choose the correct instance before proceeding.
✅ DST Visibility in Timesheet PDFs
Payroll teams & approvers will see DST adjustments clearly reflected in Timesheet PDFs, preventing miscalculations.
How This Helps You
🔔 No More Guesswork with DST Changes
Users receive real-time notifications when entering or reviewing timesheets affected by DST.
⏳ Prevents Errors in Time Entry
Candidates & recruiters can easily spot skipped or repeated hours, avoiding payroll discrepancies.
📊 Ensures Payroll Accuracy
Approvers and payroll teams have full transparency on DST changes in both TimeTemp and Timesheet PDFs.
📱 Works Across Web & Mobile
DST indicators are available on Web (Recruiters, Managers, Approvers, Candidates) and Mobile (Candidates only).
Important Notes
⚠️ No Automatic Time Adjustments – TimeTemp provides clear visual indicators, but users must manually adjust shift times if needed.
⚠️ DST Information in PDFs – Timesheet PDFs will include DST details, ensuring payroll teams have full visibility.
This update makes handling Daylight Saving Time more intuitive and error-free!
