Application Stage

This article explains how to use the Application Stage to manage incoming applications before moving candidates forward in the recruitment process. It also helps you understand how integrated job boards can feed applications into the correct stage.

Review Applications in the Application Stage

  1. Open the relevant job, then review the candidates listed in the Applications stage.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the candidate you want to manage.

  3. Review the action panel that appears for the selected candidate.

  4. Use the available actions as needed: Rate Candidate, Set Sub-status, Send job to Candidate, Send CV to Client, Reject candidate, or Remove application.

  5. To move the candidate forward, click Move to next stage, then select the next stage you want to use.

  6. Move the candidate to one of these stages: Shortlisted, Sent, 1st Interview, 2nd Interview, Offers, or Placed.

  1. Open the relevant job board integration settings, then review how retrieved applications are mapped into your recruitment pipeline.

  2. Choose the option that matches your process, such as adding candidates to Applications or moving them directly to Shortlisted.

  3. Save your changes.
