⭕ How to Bulk Update Record Ownership?
To bulk update the ownership of multiple records at once, follow these steps:
It is important to note that Vincere requires every record to have a defined owner at all times. You cannot remove an owner completely without assigning a new one during bulk updates.
Select the Records: Choose the records you want to update.
Click on Action.
Select Update Owner: Note that owners cannot be completely removed during this process. You must assign a new owner to replace the existing one.
Once the ownership is updated, the change will be logged as a comment in the activity feed for each record.
When performing bulk updates, the system ensures that no record is left without an assigned owner, allowing only replacement of ownership rather than removal.
❗Important note: You can not bulk update brands within Vincere.
⭕ Managing Bulk Update Permissions
The ability to take bulk actions is controlled on a per-user basis. To enable or disable this permission:
Go to Settings.
Click on User Management.
Select the user whose permissions you want to change.
Click on the Permissions Tab.
Check or uncheck the box for Bulk Update Permission. This can be configured per entity.
