When you click into the Candidates tab, you are taken straight to a clear table view of your candidates. But What exactly can you see and do here?

This is your Candidate pipeline. The numbers provide a clear overview of the Candidates in each stage.

The large number represents the total count of candidates in this stage.

❌ is Archived Candidates

🔶 is No job Assigned Candidates

✅ is Progressed and live Candidates

Here you can search specifically within the Candidate table. It will search the Candidate name and the job title fields to bring you back Candidate results containing that criteria.

What you see in the table view is up to you. Each user can simply choose the columns that are important for them to see by clicking on this icon.

You can save multiple layouts in Smart Views, which is especially handy if you frequently switch between different column arrangements.
