How to Close and Reopen Jobs in Vincere? π€

1. Close a Job
A job can be closed at any given time in Vincere regardless of the status of any Candidate(s).
π To close a Job - simply head to the list of Jobs > Select a Job > Actions > Close
π‘ PRO TIP: You can close as many jobs as you wish - All in one click.
π Simply select all the jobs you want to close > Actions > Close.
β But before closing a job, Vincere will prompt you with three important actions:
Provide the reason for closing the job(s)
βDecide whether to reject active candidates and cancel interviews with candidates and contacts.
βChoose to send a thank-you letter to rejected candidates.
π Note: Once a candidate is successfully placed in a job and the job headcount is met, Vincere will automatically close the job. There's no need for manual closure after each placement.
β Bulk Close jobs
To bulk close multiple jobs in Vincere, follow these steps:
Select the Open jobs you want to close.
In the action list, choose 'Close.'
Enter the reason for closing.
Decide if you want to reject active candidates and send a 'Thank You' letter to rejected candidates.
Click 'Save' to confirm.
2. Reopen a closed job
Need to place more candidates in a closed job, but unsure how to reopen the job? π€
No worries Vincere provides you with 2 ways to reopen a job:
π Note: Ensure the new headcount should be greater than the currently placed headcount and Retained Jobs which are fully placed cannot be re-opened.
π‘PRO TIP: There is no limit on the headcount. You can place as many people as you like!
β Bulk Reopen Jobs
To bulk reopen jobs just simply follow the steps below β¬
Select all the closed jobs that you wish to reopen by ticking the checkboxes next to them.
Click on "Reopen Job."
Adjust the headcount as needed.
Click "Save" to finalize the changes.
π These actions will be recorded as comments in the job's activity log
3. Tracking and Filtering Closed Jobs
β Tracking Closed Jobs by Date
To track closed jobs and when they were closed, you can add a column called Closed Date
The Closed date will be updated with the date when:
A Job is closed when the placed candidates meet the intended headcount.
A job is manually closed.
A job is closed by modifying the current headcount of the job.
π You can filter the date by using the closed date column and entering the date range.
β Filtering Closed Jobs
If you want to view only closed jobs in the table view, you have three options:
Use the table filters and select 'Closed Jobs' only.
Add the 'Open/Closed Job' column and filter by 'Closed.'
Filter 'Closed' in the 'Status' column.
