All About Vincere's Pipelines ⬇️

In Vincere, there are two main pipelines to help you manage your workflows: one for Candidate and Job, and another for Contact and Company.

⭕ Pipeline of Candidate and Job on Table view

This pipeline covers the journey from Jobs/Assignments to Renewals.

👉 Here are the stages in order:

  • Jobs/ Assignments > Candidates > Applications > Shortlisted > Sent > 1st Interview > 2nd Interview > Offers > Placed > Renewals.

Each stage (or chevron) in the Pipeline provides detailed information about the status of candidates and jobs:

Here is the definition of each chevron in the Pipeline of Candidate and Job:

  1. Jobs/ Assignments:

    • The big black number presents the total Jobs/ Assignments in the chevron/stage at any point in time.

    • ❌ X symbol presents 'Closed and not placed jobs'

    • 🟠 The orange number presents 'Open jobs with no active candidates'

    • ✅ The green tick presents 'Job with Candidates and/or placed'

  2. Candidates

    • The big black number presents the total Candidates in the chevron/stage at any point in time.

    • ❌ X symbol presents 'Archived' Candidates

    • 🟠 The orange number presents 'No Job assigned' Candidates

    • ✅ The green tick presents 'Progressed and live' Candidates
      ​

  3. Applications

    • The big black number presents the total Applications in the chevron/stage at any point in time.

    • ❌ X symbol presents 'Rejected' Candidates

    • 🟠 The orange number presents 'Pending Action' Candidates
      ​

  4. Shortlisted

    • The big black number presents the total Shortlisted in the chevron/stage at any point in time.

  5. Sent

    • The big black number presents the total number of candidates were Sent in the chevron/stage at any point in time.

  6. 1st Interview

Company Pipeline

This pipeline covers the journey from All Companies to Job Leads
