⭕ Setting Up HireAra in Vincere
HireAra can be seamlessly integrated into Vincere, allowing your team to access all of HireAra's editing features directly within the CRM. The setup process is quick and mostly handled by our team, but you'll need to follow a few steps to get started:
Step 1: Request Integration Credentials
Contact the Vincere support desk to request the integration details for HireAra. You’ll receive two key items:
Client ID: e.g.,
12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012API Key: e.g.,
87654321-4321-1234-1234-123456789012
While logged into Vincere, copy the URL from your browser (see the provided screenshot).
👉 Action Required: Share this information with your HireAra account lead, and we’ll begin the integration process.

Step 2: Grant HireAra Access
The first time each user accesses the HireAra integration, they’ll be prompted to sign in to Vincere to grant HireAra access to your Vincere account.
This authorization only needs to be done once, after which HireAra will securely store the user’s details for faster access in the future.

⭕ How Does the Integration Work?
The integration allows you to select a file already uploaded for a candidate and create a new formatted document using the integrated iframe. This document is then seamlessly saved back into Vincere. With HireAra integrated directly into Vincere, you can fully utilize its editing capabilities without ever leaving your CRM.
