Integration Iframe Custom Field allows you to seamlessly integrate external applications directly into Vincere’s Candidate Summary View and Onboarding Tab, enhancing functionality and streamlining your workflow.
This custom field can be placed anywhere from the given views and each tab, providing a flexible and user-friendly experience.
⭕ How to Add an Integration Iframe Custom Field
Follow the steps below to learn how it's done ⬇️
1. Navigate to Field Configuration
Go to Settings -> Field Configuration -> Candidate Fields -> Integration Iframe.
2. Create the Integration Iframe Field
Click on Integration Iframe under Candidate Fields.
A new field will be generated at the bottom of the table.
3. Configure the Integration Iframe
Click the Edit button next to the newly created field.
Select the integration app you want to use from the dropdown menu.
The iframe name will automatically update to match the selected integration.
Save your changes to finalize the integration app setup.
4. Add the Integration Iframe to Views
🎯 Candidate Summary View
Navigate to Settings -> Field Configuration -> Candidate Summary.
Find the Integration Iframe under Custom Fields.
Drag and drop the field into any tab within the Candidate Summary View.
🎯 Onboarding Tab View
Navigate to Settings -> Field Configuration -> Candidate Onboarding.
Select the relevant country (if applicable).
Drag and drop the field into any tab within the Onboarding Tab View.
Once configured, the integration iframe from the selected app will appear in the candidate’s profile, enhancing your access to relevant onboarding information.
⚠️ Warnings and Dialogs
A warning dialog will appear if the following conditions are met:
No Integration App Selected: If you’ve added the iframe to a view without selecting an integration app in Field Configuration.
Iframe Issues: If there’s an issue with the iframe during use.
📝 Important Notes
The Integration Iframe can also support other integration apps available in the Vincere Marketplace and can be added upon request.
This custom field is not available in Quick View.
The Integration Iframe field behaves similarly to other custom fields but does not include additional attributes typically associated with them.
The Integration Iframe custom field enhances your workflow by allowing you to use two products in a single view. This integration simplifies the process of reviewing candidate details alongside onboarding information, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
