Onboarding is a key step in managing candidates effectively. In Vincere’s Engagement Hub, you can customize the onboarding fields shown to candidates—deciding which are visible, mandatory, or optional. This guide explains how to access and configure these fields to collect essential candidate information efficiently.

Access Onboarding Fields in Engagement Hub
Before starting, ensure the Engagement Hub Setup has been correctly initiated from the Marketplace. Follow the steps in the Engagement Hub setup guide if you have not done so.
To access onboarding fields:
Go to Settings, then select Marketplace.
Search for the Vincere Engage tile and click Setup to open your Engagement Hub site.
Navigate to Admin Setup Site, then click Candidate Portal.
Click on the Settings Tab, and select Onboarding Fields to view and manage available options.
Configure Onboarding Fields in Vincere
Before customizing fields within the Engagement Hub, ensure all preparatory configurations are complete.
Go to Settings, then click Field Configuration.
Select Candidate Onboarding to open available onboarding field options.
Confirm that your Candidate Portal Setup (under Settings, click on Candidate Portal Setup) is complete.
Adjust or add fields as needed, ensuring that onboarding documents and permissions are correctly set.
Once configurations are finalized, publish the changes to the Candidate Portal to make them live.

Configure Fields in Engagement Hub
Choose a Country: Select the country for which you want to customize onboarding fields.
Set Mandatory Fields: Tick the Set as Required box beside each field you want to make mandatory.
Candidates must complete required fields before submitting onboarding information.
Candidates will receive automated reminders until all required sections are completed.
Remove Unnecessary Fields: Drag unwanted fields to the column on the left to exclude them from the portal. This keeps your onboarding process streamlined and relevant.
