How to Make a Quick Place Action in Vincere 🤔
Progressing candidates straight to the Placement stage with the new ‘Place’ action is now possible without first shortlisting the candidate to the job.
This feature is ideal for the fast-paced contract/temp market.
Example Scenario
You have an active temp role exclusively where the client wants you to send a candidate (without an interview) to start a role. With this update, you can instantly place a candidate into a role (bypassing the shortlist stage) in two ways:
⭕ From the Candidate's table view:
To make a Quick Place in the Candidate's table view please follow the steps below ⬇️
Select the candidate you wish to make a quick place.
Click on 'Place'
Search/Select for the Job
Click 'Done'
Notes: Jobs that won't be shown in the search include:
Candidate Exclusion
Non-compliant Companies
Placement terminated or canceled

Select the job you wish to make a quick place.
Click on 'Place'
Search/Select for the Candidates
Click 'Done'

⭕ Finalizing the Placement
Once the candidate has been placed in the role, the placement details page opens up for additional information to be added. Ensure that all required information is correct with the placement before selecting the actions drop-down and moving to the ‘Placed Stage’.
