With Indeed, you can search millions of jobs online to find the next step in your career.
⭕ Posting Jobs to Indeed
Indeed's Requirements:
Job Description: Must be at least 300 characters.
Location: Town/City, State, and Country must be filled in and geotagged.
📝 Note:
All agencies are required to have a paid account with Indeed to ensure job ads are made public.
Within your Indeed account everything will be set to 'Sponsored' by default and will not be advertised unless the agency is paying for it.

Steps to Post Jobs on Indeed from Vincere
Firstly, make sure that you switch on the Indeed Button in Marketplace:
Navigate to Settings > Marketplace
Click on Indeed > Setup Tab > Switch on the Indeed button (Enable Indeed).
Add 2 mandatory fields (Country and Current Town/ City) to active Indeed > Once done click on Save.
Now you can follow the steps below to Post Jobs on Indeed from Vincere ⬇️
1. Make Jobs Public:
Select the job you want to share on Indeed.
Click on Post.
Switch to Public.
2. Ensure Detailed Job Description and Location
The job description must have at least 300 characters (You can Upload it or use the AI Generator inside Vincere)
Town/City, State, and Country must be filled in and geotagged
📌 Important Note
We will only send your job to Indeed if the Public Job Description has at least 300 characters or more. The job must adhere to Indeed's policies before they can be posted.
⭕ Adding Location Information for posting Jobs on Indeed
Click on the Pin Icon.
Fill out the location form.
Required fields: Address, Town/City, and State. Indeed will use this information.
💡Quick Tip:
To give the job the best visibility, it should be posted in a city, not a county. Keep the Location Name generic as candidates will be able to view this information.
⭕ Adhering to Indeed's Quality Standards
Ensure your jobs meet Indeed's Quality Standards.
For new Vincere clients, submit the form on Indeed's help page with the following message:
“I am a new client of Vincere, an Integrated ATS with Indeed, and my jobs are included in their comprehensive XML feed. I need a CS rep to review my jobs to determine if they are suitable for organic visibility per Indeed’s Quality Standards.“
If you already have an account, log in to Indeed and request help from within your account.
⭕ Reposting a Vacancy on Indeed
Unpost the job by setting it to private.
Wait 6-12 hours for Indeed to re-crawl their job board (double-check with Indeed if the job has been taken down).
Post the job again.
⭕ Checking Job Postings on Indeed
Once you make the job public inside Vincere, it is sent to Indeed via XML feed. Ensure your jobs meet Indeed's Quality Standards and Indeed's Requirements before they can be posted.
