Vincere's Bulk Resume/CV Import feature allows you to seamlessly upload and parse hundreds of resumes at once, transforming them into new Candidate records automatically. This is a powerful time-saver for recruiters working with large volumes of resumes.

⭕ How to Bulk Resume/CV Import

To start importing resumes in bulk, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click on Data Import.

  2. On the left panel, select the Import Resume section.

  3. Click on Start.

  4. Drag and drop your resume files into the upload area.

  5. Once uploaded, Vincere will automatically parse each resume into a Candidate record.

    • Check if your user account has Data Import permissions.

    • If not, contact your System Administrator to request access.

    • Retry the import after permissions are updated.

  2. File Upload Problems

    • Try uploading the file in Incognito Mode to rule out browser issues.

    • If the upload works in Incognito, clear your browser cache in your regular window.
