β• Why is deleting the Cache important?

You use a browser every day to check your email, look at Facebook, do some banking, maybe buy something, and of course, use your Vincere account.

  • Your browser tends to hold onto information, and over time, it could cause problems with logging in or bringing up websites. So it’s always a good idea to clear out the cache on a regular basis.

πŸ’‘ The benefit of this is that your privacy is more secure, and your browser will work better. You'll also notice improvements with navigating the Vincere system (and it usually clears up any odd bugs, too)

If you're experiencing issues with slow page loading, data import errors, difficulty opening or attaching files, or problems with parsing, the first troubleshooting step is to delete your cache. These issues may also manifest as difficulty adding items to a talent pool or accessing the search box in Vincere Core.

β• It's super easy to delete your Cache:

Before deleting your cache, it is recommended to troubleshoot by testing in Incognito mode to see if the issue is cache-related.

Here are the steps to delete your Cache in Advanced. Make sure to select the criteria I highlighted below.

  1. Head to your Chrome browser's Settings

  2. Scroll down to Privacy and Security and click Delete browsing data

  3. Choose the Advanced option.

  4. Set the Time Range to All time

  5. Un-tick the Browsing history and tick the Cookies, Cached images, and files

  6. Click on Delete data

πŸ‘‰ Once this is done, fully close down your Chrome browser and re-open it again and you are good to go!

  • If this does not resolve the issue, ensure your browser is updated by navigating to Settings and clicking on About Chrome to check for available updates. If problems persist, contact Vincere Support for further assistance.

Here's to faster browsing and more placements!
