⭕ How to Format a Resume

1. Go to the Candidate’s Profile > Click Actions > Format Resume.

2. Auto-Populate the Resume:

  • Vincere will pull the candidate’s details from their profile and auto-fill the template with the relevant information.

3. Make Final Edits:

  • In the formatting window, you can make last-minute edits, such as adding extra details or tweaking the resume.

4. Once you're satisfied, click Save As, give the file a name, and it will be saved in the Files tab of the candidate's profile.

⭕ Formatting Resumes When Adding New Candidates

You can also format a resume while adding a new candidate to Vincere:

  1. Go to Quick Add > Candidate.

  2. Select a Resume and click Format CV.

  3. Make any necessary edits (e.g., removing personal information) and hit Save to create the new candidate.

📌 Both the original and formatted resumes will be saved under the candidate’s profile in the Files tab.
