⭕ How to Post a Job in Vincere
To quickly post a job, follow these simple steps:
Select the Job(s) you want to post by ticking the checkbox next to the job title(s). This can be done individually or in bulk.
Go to the Actions menu on the left-hand panel and click Post.
Toggle the Job's status from Private to Public. You can also choose which portal you want the job to be posted on.
Your job will be instantly posted to your Instant Job Board.

📌 Note: If you have job posting integrations (e.g., Indeed, Broadbean, Logic Melon) enabled, it may take up to 6 hours for the job to appear on those websites.
⭕ How to Unpost a Job in Vincere
To remove or unpost a job, follow these steps:
Select the Job(s) you want to unpost by ticking the checkbox. You can unpost jobs individually or in bulk.
Click Post in the left-hand Actions panel.
Toggle the Job's status from Public to Private.
If you’re using the bulk action, click Make All Private.

📝 Note: Changing a job's privacy setting from Public to Private or updating the Sourcing Close Date to today won’t automatically expire the job on the portal.
To ensure the job is removed, make sure the Sourcing Close Date is in the past.
💡 PRO TIPS
Track Job Posting Status: Add the Job Post column to your view, which allows you to easily filter and track jobs that are Posted and Not Posted.
Bulk Post/Unpost Jobs: You can also bulk post or unpost jobs. Simply check all the jobs you want to post or unpost, then go to Actions > Post and complete the action in bulk.
❌ How to Unpost a Job from LogicMelon?
Unposting a job from LogicMelon is slightly different from other platforms. Follow these steps to remove or unpost a job:
You will need to go inside the job that you wish to remove/ unpost
Go to the LogicMelon tab and click on Job Postings.
From there, you will see an option to Unpost the Job.
📝 Note: Please note that only the user who posts the job will have the ability to unpost it.
And this action might take a few hours to take effect.
