✨ Shift Import (Evo Navigator)
You can now create shifts in bulk by uploading a client's CSV or Excel file directly into Vincere, making it faster to load large rosters without manual data entry.
If you're interested in getting access to this feature, please reach out to your Account Manager.
👉 What's New
Shift Import in Evo Navigator
A new Vincere Shift Import tool is available as a Quick Section within Evo Navigator. Recruiters can upload a client's shift file and create multiple shifts in one workflow, rather than entering each shift individually.
The tool opens inside Navigator alongside the other Quick Sections.
Four-Step Import Workflow
The import process is structured into 4 clear steps:
1️⃣ Upload
Add a .csv, .xls, or .xlsx file (up to 10 MB and 200 shift rows) by dragging it onto the drop zone or browsing.
2️⃣ Mapping
Vincere automatically matches your file's column headings to the corresponding Vincere shift fields. You can review and adjust any mappings before proceeding.
3️⃣ Data Check
Before any shifts are created, the import tool validates the mapped data and lists every issue found — including the field, severity, and affected row numbers — so problems can be resolved before import.
If issues are detected, each is flagged with one of two severity levels:
Error: Data that cannot produce a valid shift as it stands and must be corrected before the row can be imported.
Checks include: date and time formats, whole-number and range rules (e.g. slot counts), required fields left empty, and text exceeding its length limit.
Warning: Data the tool cannot read but can proceed without. The affected field is left blank rather than failing the row (e.g. an unreadable break time is cleared and the rest of the row is imported).
Checks include: valid weekday names, and weekly shifts with no recurring days selected.
4️⃣ Syncing
Submitting the file queues the import to run in the background. You can continue working or start another import immediately without waiting.
Import History
Every import is recorded in a shared Import History log, visible to all users on the account. Each entry shows the file name, import status, who ran the import, and when. Opening an import displays per-row results, including the reason for any rows that did not import successfully.
💡 Why It Matters
Eliminates manual shift entry at scale: Agencies running high-volume temp or shift-based operations no longer need to build client rosters shift by shift in Vincere
📌 Important Notes
This feature is available exclusively to accounts on the Evo Everywhere tier. Customers interested in accessing Shift Import should reach out to their Account Manager for more information on upgrading.
✨ Permission-Based Invoice Deletion
Authorised users can now delete invoices directly within Vincere, with controls to determine who can perform deletions and a full audit trail of all deleted records.
👉 What's New
Delete Invoice Permission
A new Delete Invoice permission controls who can delete invoices. Admins can now assign this permission to users.
Head to Settings > User Management and select the user who needs this permission.
Soft Delete Behaviour
Deleted invoices are soft-deleted. They are removed from everyday invoice views and workflows but retained in the system for audit and recovery purposes.
The Delete Invoice action is available from the Invoice Details actions menu and works on one invoice at a time. There is no bulk delete.
Audit Trail for Deletions
All invoice deletions are logged, capturing the deletion event for audit and compliance purposes.
💡 Why It Matters
Enables controlled invoice management with clear permission boundaries.
Reduces the risk of accidental or unauthorised invoice deletion.
📌 Important Notes
There is no “undo” action after an invoice has been deleted.
Users without Invoice permission can still see that an invoice was deleted and who deleted it (from the activity log), but they cannot open or view the actual content of that deleted invoice — only users with Invoice permission can view its full details.
✨ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enforcement Updates
Admin users can now configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement for their organisation, with the ability to set MFA as optional or mandatory for all users.
👉 What's New
MFA Admin Settings Panel
A new MFA configuration panel is available in Admin Settings > Multi-Factor Authentication, allowing administrators to enable or disable MFA and set the enforcement mode:
Optional — Users are prompted to enrol in MFA but can proceed without it.
Mandatory — All users must complete MFA enrolment before using Vincere
When MFA is disabled, the MFA enforcement and reminders are stopped when you access your Vincere account.
Users who have already enrolled in Access Identity are not affected — their MFA remains active. Toggling off only affects the reminders shown inside Vincere.
To enforce MFA at a wider organisational security level (e.g. across all Access products), use the MFA controls available in Access Identity.
💡 Why It Matters
Strengthens account security across your organisation with a configurable, admin-controlled MFA policy.
📌 Important Notes
This MFA setting controls whether the MFA setup dialog is shown or hidden when users log in to Vincere — it prompts users to configure MFA for their own account. It does not enforce MFA at a platform or domain level.
