System Users | Email Templates

This article explains how to match screenshots to the correct System Users (7) email template, then safely open and edit the right template based on its subject, wildcards, and UI path.


How to locate and edit email template 1.1: Welcome email β†’ User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the welcome or account invitation email sent to an internal Vincere user.

Template Details:

  • Category: System Users

  • Template ID: 1.1

  • Name: Welcome email β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User (Internal Vincere user)

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select System Users.

  3. Choose 1.1 Welcome email β†’ User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group System Users is selected.

  • The template 1.1 Welcome email β†’ User is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 1.2: Forgotten password β†’ user

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the forgot password email sent when an internal Vincere user clicks Forgot Password.

Template Details:

  • Category: System Users

  • Template ID: 1.2

  • Name: Forgotten password β†’ user

  • Recipient Type: User (Internal Vincere user)

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select System Users.

  3. Choose 1.2 Forgotten password β†’ user.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group System Users is selected.

  • The template 1.2 Forgotten password β†’ user is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 1.3: Reset Password β†’ User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the password reset confirmation email sent after an internal Vincere user’s password is reset.

Template Details:

  • Category: System Users

  • Template ID: 1.3

  • Name: Reset Password β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User (Internal Vincere user)

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select System Users.

  3. Choose 1.3 Reset Password β†’ User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group System Users is selected.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the notification email sent when a Talent Pool is deleted.

  • Name: Delete Talent Pool β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User (Internal Vincere user)

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the notification email sent when a Distribution List is deleted.

Template Details:

  • Category: System Users

  • Template ID: 1.5

  • Name: Notify user about the deletion of the Distribution list β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User (Internal Vincere user)

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select System Users.

  3. Choose 1.5 Notify user about the deletion of the Distribution list β†’ User.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the notification email sent when a Company List is deleted.

Template Details:

  • Template ID: 1.6

  • Name: Notify user about the deletion of the Company list

  • Recipient Type: User (Internal Vincere user)

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select System Users.

Before you save changes

  • Make sure you are in the correct Brand

  • Confirm you are editing the correct template variant (Default or custom)

  • Review any System banner shown in the editor

  • Use Preview to check the output before saving
