✨ Secured Data Logs
Track and monitor all changes to secured fields in candidate profiles with our new Audit Log feature.
👉 What's New
Complete Audit Trail
A new Audit Log tab in candidate profiles displays the complete history of all secured field modifications, showing who changed what value, when, and from which IP address.
Permission-Based Visibility
Data visibility is automatically masked for unauthorized users. Only users with "View Secured Field" permission can see actual field values and changes.
User-Configurable
Control tab visibility through the "EDIT MENU ITEMS" option in candidate profiles —the setting applies to you individually and won't affect other users.
⚙️ How It Works
Navigate to the Audit Log:
Open any candidate profile
Click "EDIT MENU ITEMS" to enable the Audit Log tab
Click the "Audit Log" tab to view secured field change history
For Users WITH "View Secured Field" Permission:
View actual field values and changes
Click "Show more" to expand change details
See format: "Old Value → New Value" for modifications
Search and filter all audit data
For Users WITHOUT Permission:
VALUE column shows masked data (****** or ****)
Cannot search actual field values
Can still see who made changes and when

Upload higher quality images with faster performance thanks to automatic image optimization for API photo uploads.

Automatic Image Optimization
When photos are uploaded via API for candidates, contacts, or company logos, the system automatically creates optimized versions in multiple sizes, significantly improving page load times and application performance.
Increased Upload Size Limit
File size limit increased from 800KB to 5MB, allowing you to upload professional-quality, high-resolution images without compromising performance.
Smart Processing
Uploads complete immediately with no waiting—optimization happens automatically in the background while the original high-quality image is preserved in storage.
Supported Formats
Supports common image formats including PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, and BMP.

✨ Temps & Contractors Dashboard: Brand (Job) Filter
A new "Brand (Job)" filter has been added to all reports in the Temps & Contractors dashboard.

Multi-Tab Implementation
The filter is available across all four tabs: Temp/Contractor Growth, Active Drilldown, Unutilized Drilldown, and Daily Temp Leaderboard.
Brand Segmentation
Select one or multiple job brands from a dropdown to narrow analysis scope. The filter dynamically updates all visualizations, metrics, and drill-down data to reflect only placements associated with the selected brand(s).
Metric Precision
When applied, the filter refines all underlying calculations including active temp counts, growth trends, redeployment rates, starter/finisher data, profit metrics, consultant performance rankings, and unutilized placement metrics.
Persistent Filtering
Filter selections are maintained while navigating between tabs and applying additional filters.
Export Alignment
Exported data from any tab reflects the applied job brand filter automatically.

📌 Important Note
This "Brand (Job)" filter segments placements by the brand associated with the job itself. It is distinct from the existing "Brand" filter, which segments data by the consultant's assigned brand(s). Both filters can be used independently or in combination for complex analysis.
✨ Project-Based Timesheet Enforcement
Organizations can now enforce project tracking on timesheets for accurate project allocation and reporting.

Project Tracking Enforcement
Enable "Enforce Logging Project Hours for Timesheet Entry" via Company settings in TimeTemp to require all timesheet entries to include a project association for every shift.
Submission Validation
Employees cannot submit timesheets without associating time with a project. The system displays error messages and highlights shifts missing project assignments.
Draft Flexibility
Employees can save timesheets as drafts even when project fields are incomplete, with visual indicators (warning icons on web, "Need Action" badges on mobile) showing which shifts need attention.
Mobile UX Enhancements
Improved mobile experience with visual indicators and streamlined project logging:
"Need Action" badges appear next to shifts missing project time
Dedicated Project tab for easy project time entry
Ability to add multiple projects per shift
Clear error messages indicating which shift dates need project entries
FastTrack 360 Support
Project requirement enforcement applies to both Agreement Rate mode and Standard Rate mode in TimeTemp FastTrack timesheets on both web and mobile.
