⭕ Navigating the Access Learning Dashboard
To navigate to the Access Learning Dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Access button (located on the top left of the screen). 
- Click on Products. 
- And head to the Learning icon. 
⭕ Navigating Each Tab in Access Learning
Using Tabs: There are 2 main tabs: Home and Finder.
🎯 Home Tab
The Home tab is your main dashboard. It displays:
- Assigned courses and learning activities. 
- Progress milestones. 
- Recently added content. 
- Clearly marked overdue tasks. 
This central hub allows users to quickly assess their current learning responsibilities and upcoming goals.
Viewing Assigned Learning
Click “View All” of a Course to access the full list of assigned courses. You'll find three key tabs:
- Insights: View a summary of your total learning hours and monitor monthly milestones to track your progress. 
- For Later: Find courses you've saved to revisit later for flexible learning. 
- Achievements: See completed courses along with motivational messages to celebrate your accomplishments. 
Sorting and Filtering Your Courses
Sort Options:
- You can sort your courses by Name or Due Date for easy access. 
Filter Options:
- You can filter by Name, Progress, or Course Type to customize your learning view and focus on what's most relevant.

The Finder menu in Access Learning helps users quickly explore courses, upcoming events, and resources.

📚 Library
Access the Library section to explore various course categories such as Access Product Training, Workplace Skills, Cyber Awareness, and others.
Browse access training categories like:
- Access Product Training. 
- CII Professional Map. 
- GRC for Financial Services. 
- Career Development. 
- Cyber Awareness and Resilience. 
- Governance, Risk and Compliance. 
- Health and Safety. 
- Mental Health and Wellbeing. 
- Workplace Skills. 
These categories help streamline your search, making it easier to find the courses most relevant to your learning goals.
How to Use the Library:
- Browse and click on a Category: Choose the topic you're interested in - e.g., Access Product Training. 
- Use Subcategories to Narrow Your Search 
 For example, within Access Product Training, you’ll find subcategories like:- Access Evo. 
- Digital Learning & Compliance. 
- People. 
- Recruitment. 
 - Each subcategory filters the content further, showing only the courses or e-learning materials related to that specific area. 
- View Relevant Courses 
 Select a subcategory (e.g., Access Evo) and filter by Type (e.g., E-learning) to see all relevant training materials.
How to save courses for later
To save the course for later, follow the steps below:
- Click on Finder Tab. 
- Look for the course or e-learning you wish to learn more about, via the filter. 
- Click on the course/e-learning. 
- Then hit the "For Later" tag button to save it for future accessing for later. 
📅 Events
Find and register for training opportunities, including:
- Webinars. 
- Workshops. 
- Special sessions. 
These events enhance your learning journey with live, interactive content (if available).
📂 Resources
Extra Help and Knowledge Sharing Tools.
- The Resources menu offers additional materials of knowledge-sharing aids, such as user help guides and FAQs, to support your learning journey. 
You can also use the Search Bar function here to search for a specific Help Article and events.
⭕ Manage Your Profile
To Access Your Profile, click on your profile icon (located in the top left corner of the screen) to access your personal learning profile.
- Portrait: View your personal learning profile, including details related to your activity and preferences. 
- My CPD: Track your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, helping you stay on top of your professional growth. 
- My Certificates: Download and keep track of certificates earned from completed courses, creating a record of your accomplishments.

- Save Interesting Courses for Later: 
 Use the “For Later” tab to store content you want to revisit.
- Check Milestones Regularly: 
 Keep an eye on your milestone progress to stay motivated.
