As an Administrator in Access EVO, you can invite team members to your workspace with just a few clicks. This guide will help you:
- Navigate to the member invitation section. 
- Send invitations manually or in bulk. 
- Understand what happens after an invitation is sent. 
⭕ How to invite members to your Access EVO
To invite members to your Access Evo Workspace, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Vincere account. 
- Click the EVO button on the top-left corner. 
- Navigate to Access EVO. 
- Click the Members icon located in the upper-right corner. 
- Click the + Add button. 
⚠️ Note: Users will not appear in the Learning tab or be available for course assignment until they accept the welcome email.
📨 After Sending the Invite
- Each invited user will receive an email invitation with a link to join Access EVO. 
- Users must accept the invitation before gaining access. 
- Once accepted, they will appear in the system and can be assigned roles or learning content.

Q: Why don’t new users appear in the Learning tab?
- A: Users must accept the invitation email before appearing in the Learning module. 
Q: Can I resend an invite?
- A: Yes. Navigate back to the Members section, find the user, and choose to resend the invite. 
Q: Is there a limit to how many users I can invite at once?
- A: No system-imposed limit, but for performance and clarity, it's best to invite users in manageable batches.
