As an Admin or Manager, you have the ability to assign training to your team members through the Learning Management System (LMS). This guide walks you through the process from verifying your role to selecting users and assigning content.
🔑 Prerequisites
Before assigning training, make sure:
You have Admin or Manager privileges in the Learning product.
You know the name of the training you wish to assign.
You have a list of users ready for assignment.
⭕ Step-by-Step: Assign Training
1. Confirm Your Role in the LMS
Click on your profile icon (top-right corner).
Select "Member" from the dropdown.
Use the search bar to find your name.
Click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to your name.
Select "Manage roles."
In the table, confirm that you're an Admin for the Learning product.
If not, update the role and click "Save Changes."
2. Switch to Admin View
Return to the Learning site.
Click on your profile icon again.
Select "Switch to Admin" to enter the admin panel.
3. Find the Training Content
In the left-hand menu, click "Content."
Select "All Content."
Go to the "Find" tab.
Search for the training (e.g., Access Product Training).
Choose the product version (e.g., Access Evo, Learn, People, or Recruitment).
4. Assign the Training
Select the training course you want to assign.
Click on "Common Task."
Navigate to the "Users and Rules" tab.
Click "Register User."
Search for and select the relevant users.
Click "Next."
Set a due date if required.
Click "Finish" to complete the assignment.
🔁 Optional: Reset Progress for Existing Users
If you need to reassign the training:
While in the "Users and Rules" tab, click "Reset Progress."
Select the relevant users or groups.
Confirm that you want to reset progress to Not Attempted.

Double-check roles: Only Admins or Managers can assign training.
Use groups wisely: If you regularly assign training to the same team, consider creating user groups.
Set due dates: Helps drive accountability and track completion.

Answer: Ensure you're in the correct product view (Learning) and have access to admin-level role management.
Q2: What happens when I reset a user's progress?

Q3: Can I assign training to multiple users at once?
Answer: Yes, use the "Register User" option to select multiple users before clicking Finish.
