How to add users to your Vincere Portals site

This article is relevant only for customers with access to the Vincere Portals (Digital) product.

1. To set up users in your Portals Admin dashboard, click Users on the left-hand side menu.

2. Click ‘Create User’ and fill out the details.

  • Name

  • Email

  • Password - set a temporary password

  • Account Activated - Only tick this box if you want the user to log in using the Password that you've set (great for creating a dummy/test account). If not, leave this unticked and the user will receive an email to verify their account.

2. Select "Admin" in the User Role - The user will have access to the Admin dashboard and Customizer.

3. Click “Create User” once done.

⚠️If you are unable to sign in to your Vincere Portals account because you have forgotten your password, you can have a reset link sent to your email address.

Click the Forgot Your Password link on the Login Page
