Vincere Portals: Admin Dashboard - Settings

Manage your Portals site’s general settings

This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Vincere Portals (Digital) product.

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard of your Portals site

  2. Click on Site Settings from the Dashboard View or click on the Settings tab on the left-hand side menu

This is where you can adjust the configurations of your Portals sites.

1. Site

Site Settings

  1. Site Logo: This will be your company logo.

  2. Favicon: This is the graphic image (icon) that will show on the browser tab of your website.

  3. Site Title: The name of your Portals site (eg. Recruit Magic). This will be used as a placeholder/wildcard for emails when there is no logo uploaded.

  4. Site Email: By default, the email address is noreply@vincere.io. To change the site email address to your email domain, please contact our Support Team. (Important Reminder: Avoid updating the Site Email until you've contacted our Support Team to register your email domain). Click here for more information.

  5. Unit of measurement: Default metric for the job's radius location

  6. Date Format: Default format for all dates on your Portals site

  7. Currency Format: Default currency for the jobs

Job Portal (Only accessible when the module is enabled on your Portals site)

  1. Job Portal Toggle - Enable the job portal to make it available in the customizer

  2. Allow Job Alert - Enable allow job alert for your candidates to receive notifications on job criteria that they follow

  3. Default Search Radius - This will be displayed as the search location radius on your job listing page.

Candidate Portal (Only accessible when the module is enabled on your Portals site)

  1. Candidate Portal - Enable the candidate portal to make it available in the customizer

  2. Data syncing to Vincere

    • *Recommended: Sync all candidate data to Vincere: When a candidate updates their information in the Candidate Portal, this data will auto sync to Vincere.

    • Don't sync Professional Info: Don't sync Work Experience, Education and Professional Info to Vincere when candidates update these sections.

Client Portal (Only accessible when the module is enabled on your Portals site)

Client Portal - Enable the Client Portal to make it available in the customizer

2. SEO

Fill in the following information:

  1. Image Cover: Choose between uploading a new image or selecting from the existing uploads. The Image Cover serves as the Open Graph Image utilized by Social Media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn when sharing the page URL. (Note: The recommended dimensions are 1200x630 pixels (minimum 600x315 pixels) with a maximum file size of 8MB).

  2. Title: Enter the Page’s title that you want to display on search results and browser tabs.

  3. Description: provide a short description of your page (Note: ideal length is 155 characters). Your page's meta description appears below the page title and URL in search results.

  4. Keywords: enter relevant keywords about your page’s content.

  5. Twitter Card Site: @username of website. Used with summary, summary_large_image, app, player cards. What is a Twitter Card? | Overall of all Twitter Card tags

  6. 301 Redirections: input the redirection path for your Portal pages. (Important Note: Ensure the redirection fields are not left empty. If you do not wish to add any redirection path, click on the trash icon to cancel).

3. GDPR

*This tab is only accesible if you have the Candidate Portal enabled

  1. Show Cookie Policy: Following data privacy regulations, you must inform your visitors that you are using cookies on your site. This can be done by enabling the toggle on your site's cookies in your privacy policy.

  2. Show Consent Management Form: When toggled ON, once the candidate logs in to the candidate portal, they will be presented with the Consent Management form.

  3. Send Request Consent email: When toggled ON, after the candidate registers and activates their account, they will automatically receive an email to manage their consent in the portal.

    To configure the email content:

    1. Go to the Email tab on the left-hand side menu

    2. Click on the Candidate tab

    3. In the Select Template dropdown, select "Request Consent" template

    4. Once done, click on the Update button at the bottom to save your chages

4. Integrations

  1. Google Jobs - Toggle ON to generate the JobPosting structured data for Jobs. For more information about JobPosting structured data, click here.

  2. ReCaptcha - Toggle ON to help protect your site from spam and abuse. Click here for more information on how to set up for your Portals site.

  3. Google Analytics - Toggle ON to add your Google Analytics tracking ID. Click here for more information on how to set up for your Portals site.

  4. Google Tag Manager - Toggle ON to add your GoogleTag Manager tracking ID. Click here for more information on how to set up for your Portals site.

Important: Click the blue ‘Update’ button at the bottom of each tab to apply the changes.
