Set your site’s email templates

This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Vincere Portals (Digital) product.

Click on the link to skip to the section you're interested in:

On your Admin dashboard, click Email on the left-hand side tab.

Revert to Default: Tick the box to choose default email settings

Email Header Image: Upload your company logo or any image to use as email header

1/ Select the email template

Choose which email template you would like to edit.

a. User - These are the email templates for Admin User management.

b. Candidate - These are the email templates related to Candidate flows.

(Note: the email number may vary in your Portals account based on your settings.)

Here's the list of templates that can be turned off - all emails are on by default:

  1. Welcome to Portals

  2. Send job application notification to job owner

  3. Send job application notification to candidates

  4. Job Alert

  5. Subscription email

  6. Request Consent (to disable this email: go to Settings > GDPR > Send Request Consent Email)

  7. Notification for Onboarding documents

  8. Notification for Application Withdrawal

  9. Notification for Candidate Registration

c. Client - These are the email templates related to Client flows.

Here's the list of templates that can be turned off:

  1. Welcome to Portals

  2. User Applied to Vacancy Notification - off by default

  3. Admin New Vacancy Created Notification - off by default

  4. Client New Vacancy Created Notification - off by default

2/ Edit the email template

Subject: The subject field of your email template

Content: Where you create the body of your email. You can create templated content using supported wildcards at the bottom of the page.

3/ Adding the wildcard

Wildcards are personalized tokens / merge tags that you can use and add to your email templates.

To use the wildcard, copy the wildcard name and paste it into the Content area of the email.

Click ‘Update’ to save all the changes made.

4/ Site Email

Your Portals site default email is noreply@vincere.io.

📌 Send a request to our Customer Support team before updating the Site Email field.
