In Vincere you have the functionality to link a Contact to a Candidate (see here), and this works in both directions.

👉 You're able to link an existing Candidate to either a new or existing contact, let's take a look right below ⏬

To link to an Existing Contact:

  • To link a Candidate to an existing Contact in Vincere, first, locate the Candidate you want to link. Then, click on Actions > Link to Existing Contact. Finally, search for and select the contact you want to link with:

To link to a New Contact:

  • To link a Candidate to a new Contact in Vincere, find the Candidate you want to link, then click on Actions > Link to New Contact. The Quick Add Contact form will appear, allowing you to fill in all the details of the new contact you want to create and link to your Candidate.

How do I know my Candidate is linked to a Contact?

When you view the Quick View or full profile of the Candidate, you'll notice the Candidate ID marked with an orange icon and the Contact ID with a blue icon, indicating that the profiles are linked.

  • This integration grants you access to all the information from both profiles within a single view.

How do I remove the linked contact profile?

  • To remove/ unlink the two profiles, simply click on the Contact ID and then click on the remove icon.
