Before inviting candidates, make sure that your Candidate Portal is enabled.
If you'd like to invite your candidates to the Engagement Hub so they can access the Candidate Portal, you can do this directly from the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

ā How to Customize the "Inviting Candidate to Engagement Hub" Email Template?
To customize the email template for inviting candidates to the Engagement Hub, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Marketplace.
Find and click on the Engage tile.
Go to the Setup tab and click the Setup button to access Engageās admin settings.
In the left-hand panel, select Email Templates.
Click on Candidate Portal to view the list of templates related to the Candidate Portal.
Look for Template #3, titled āInvitation to Engagement Hub.ā
Customize the subject line and email body as needed.

Enable the Engage ā Candidate Account Status filter and select āNot Registeredā to easily find candidates who haven't yet registered for the portal.
ā How to Invite Candidates to the Engagement Hub?
Select the Candidate(s):
Select the checkbox next to the candidates you want to invite. You can invite candidates individually or in bulk.
Send the Invitation:
Click on Invite to Engagement Hub from the Actions list. Once you confirm, Vincere will send out the invitations immediately.
This simple process allows candidates to easily join your Candidate Portal, enhancing their overall experience and streamlining your recruitment efforts.
