Head over to Settings > Marketplace > Engagement Hub > Setup > Candidate Portal > Settings > Onboarding Fields
In this section you can choose other onboarding (especially for Compliance) information you want to receive from Candidates.
To do this, you first need to configure the onboarding fields within Vincere.
Go to Vincere > Settings > Field Configuration > Candidate Onboarding.

You can now apply the settings to choose the country you’d like to customize.

Choose the mandatory fields by ticking the “set as required” boxes on the right
To remove fields simply drag them to the column on the left.
NOTE: Setting a field as 'required' means that the candidate will get a reminder until they update all fields, and you will also be able to measure the percentage of completeness for onboarding purposes.
