Client onboarding for Engage customers is now simpler. You can directly invite clients to the Engage Client Portal from within Vincere, streamlining the registration process.

⭕ How to customize the Inviting Contact to Engagement Hub Email Template?
To customize the Inviting Contact to Engagement Hub Email Template, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings > go to Marketplace.
Find and click on the Engage tile.
Navigate to the Setup tab and click the Setup button to access Engage’s admin settings.
In the left-hand panel, select Email Templates.
Click on Client Portal to view the list of templates related to the Client Portal.
Find Template #4, titled “Invitation to Engagement Hub.”
You can customize the subject line and email body as needed.
⭕ Where Can You Invite Contacts to the Engagement Hub?
You can send invitations from the following areas in Vincere:
Contacts table view
Contact’s profile
Company’s profile > Contacts tab
Contacts advanced search
💡 Pro Tip
Enable the Engage – Client Account Status filter and select “Not Registered” to easily identify and invite contacts who haven't registered yet.
To add the Engage – Client Account Status column to your table:
Go to Table Views & Configuration.
Click on Columns and look for Engage – Client Account Status.
Add it to your table.
Each user can customize their table views by selecting the columns that are most relevant to them.

⭕ How to Invite Contacts to Engagement Hub?
You can invite individual and multiple contacts at once:
Select one or more contacts from any of the areas mentioned above.
Click on the Invite to Engagement Hub action from the action panel.
In the confirmation dialog, click "All good! Send now" to send the invitation.
🤔 What Happens once the invitation is sent?
Once the invitation is sent:
The contact will receive an email to activate their Client Portal account.
The Engage – Client Account Status for that contact will be updated to Pending Activation.
The contact will:
Click the activation link in the email.
Enter their email address and create a password on the activation page.
After clicking the Activate button, they’ll be automatically logged into the Client Portal.
Once activated, the Engage – Client Account Status will update to Connected.
This process makes client onboarding quick and efficient, ensuring seamless engagement with your clients through Vincere’s Engage Client Portal.
