I'm having issues with Velocity 😢
As a first troubleshooting step when you encounter any issue with Velocity, you can try to Uninstall and Reinstall Velocity.
⭕ Uninstall and Reinstall Velocity
To Uninstall and Reinstall Velocity please follow the steps below 🔽
Right-click on the Velocity Chrome extension > Select the 'Remove from Chrome' option.
Confirm by clicking on 'Remove'
Go to Marketplace > Find Velocity & click on Go to Chrome Web Store
Once you're in the Web store, click on 'Add to Chrome'
The extension will automatically download and install into your Chrome browser.
Note: If you don't have access to Marketplace, please reach out to your Administrator to get the link to Velocity from the Chrome Web Store for you, or here is the link to Velocity:
