Renewal process

Based on Customer feedback, we have been working hard on simplifying the renewal process whilst maintaining top functionality.

 There have been a number of updates made including:

  • Changing "Offer Id" field name to "Placement ID"

  • "Placement ID" has now been added to the Applications table to allow you to cross reference the placement across analytics/Pay & Bill etc

  • Update Statuses in Renewals

  • Ability to Terminate a contract in "Active" or "Starting" status 

  • Add reason for termination next to Status

  • This also includes user who terminated & date of termination: 

We have also made improvements to the process of Temp-to-Perm placements. From the renewals tab, simply go into the contract you wish to convert to perm. Click on actions, then select "Convert to PERM":

The renewal status will then show as "Temp to Perm when you are in the renewals tab of the applications table:

When making a renewal, remember you can set it up to go through the approval process just like you can on placements. Read more about how this works HERE
