Made a placement and want to let your accountants know? Sending compensation info to your accountant(s) is easy peasy in Vincere.
Step 1: Make sure you've placed the Candidate
Step 2: On the placement details page hit Action > Send Compensation info to Accounting
Step 3: Add in the email address of your accountant, check the email body and hit send. This will send out a summary of the placement to your accountant(s).
🔥PRO TIP: You can also add the default accountant(s) email address in Admin Settings.
Head to Settings > Admin Settings > Email | LinkedIn Settings > Accountant
Emails.
This will set the accountants' email address by default so you don’t have to add an address each time you want to send out the email.
Check your inbox and you will receive an email that looks like this:
