Vincere allows you to send booking confirmations directly to your clients from the Placement Page - an essential feature for managing temporary placements efficiently.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to send a client booking confirmation ⬇️

⭕ Steps to Send Client Booking Confirmation

  1. Go to the specific Placement that you wish to send a booking confirmation.

  2. On the Placement page, click on the Actions button.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Send Client Booking.

  4. Set Up the Email: You will be brought to a setup page where you can configure the email, review the booking document, and make any necessary edits.

  5. Preview the Booking Document: Before sending, you can preview the booking document to ensure all details are correct.

  6. Send the Booking: Once you are happy with the email and the booking document, click Send to deliver the confirmation to the client.

  • You can create and customize email templates for booking confirmations by following the guide linked in the system.
