When dealing with Umbrella Companies, Ltd Co., or Corporations, Vincere provides a streamlined process to send candidate contracts directly to the company's email. Follow these steps to ensure the contract reaches the right recipient efficiently.
⭕ Steps to Send Candidate Contracts to Company Email
1. Go to the Offer or Placement page
2. In the Candidate Details section on the right-hand side, you will find fields for Candidate Company Email and Candidate Company Representative.
📝 Note: Ensure the Pay Type is filtered as either "Umbrella Company" or "Ltd Co. or Corporation" to activate the company email fields - If the Pay Type is PAYG, the emails field won't be visible.
3. Send the Offer
When ready to send the contract, click on Actions > select the Send Offer to Candidate option.
The offer letter will be dispatched to both the company email and the company representative.

This functionality also supports the Vincere X Sign Request integration, allowing you to manage contract signing seamlessly.
