Candidates are a crucial asset for any recruitment agency. Adding them quickly ensures your database grows efficiently and supports faster placements.


You can add Candidates in Vincere through several methods:

  • Quick Add.

  • Velocity Browser Extension.

  • CV Import.

  • CSV Import.

  • Parsing from Emails.


Add Candidates Using Quick Add

  1. Click the Add (+) button next to the search bar, then select Candidate.

  2. Drag and drop or click to upload the Candidateโ€™s resume. The system automatically parses the file and fills in Candidate fields.

  3. Edit any details as needed.

  4. Click Save to add the Candidate, or Save and Preview to view their full record immediately.

Add Candidates Using Velocity

Velocity allows you to import Candidates directly from LinkedIn, Xing, or GitHub through the Velocity browser extension. This eliminates the need for manual data entry.

  1. Open the desired Candidate profile in your browser.

  2. Ensure the Velocity extension is active.

  3. Click Add to Vincere from the Velocity extension options.

  4. Click View in Vincere to see the Candidate in your database.

Add Candidates Using CV Import

You can bulk import and parse up to 500 resumes at once into Vincere.

  1. Go to Settings, click on Data Import.

  2. Then click on Import Resumes.

  3. Click Start, then drag and drop the resume files into the upload box.

  4. The system automatically parses each resume into a new Candidate record.

Add Candidates Using CSV Import

The CSV Import tool supports importing data from spreadsheets, including new or existing records.

  1. Prepare your CSV file using the approved Vincere template.

  2. Go to Settings, click on Data Import.

  3. Then click on CSV Import.

  4. Upload your file and follow the on-screen prompts to map your fields.

  5. Click Start Import to begin uploading Candidate records.

Parse Candidates from Emails

You can create new Candidates directly from emails that include attached CVs or resumes.

  1. Go to the Emails section in Vincere.

  2. Select the email containing the CV attachment.

  3. Tick the box next to the email.

  4. Click Actions, then choose Create Candidate or Create Contact.

  5. Review the parsed information or manually edit fields.

  6. Click Save or Save and View to complete the process.
