1. Click on the ‘Add’ (‘+’) button next to the search bar and then select ‘Candidate’.

2. Upload your Candidate’s resume and then click ‘Parse’ – this automatically populates the Candidate fields with the information from the resume.

3. Fill in the fields, and then press ‘Save’ (to add the Candidate to your database) or ‘Save and Preview’ (to add the Candidate to your database and go to their full Candidate record).
