What does this function mean to me?

This function allows users to reorder the work history of a candidate with a simple drag-and-drop action, ensuring that the most relevant work experience is always front and center on the candidate's record.

⭕ How to Reorder Work History?

  1. Navigate to the Work History Section: Open the candidate profile and go to the work history section.

  2. Select the Desired Row: Click on the row you wish to move.

  3. Drag and Drop: Drag the row to the desired position and drop it there. Vincere will automatically adjust the row numbers accordingly.

📝 Important Note

By default, work history entries are added in chronological date order.

  • However, you can manually change the order to prioritize the most important experiences at the top, regardless of date.

👉 This feature ensures that the most relevant and impactful work experiences are highlighted, making it easier for users to review and assess a candidate’s qualifications quickly.
