Vincere Shift Scheduler: Candidate Booking Settings

In the Workers tab, you can now set the Candidate Booking settings:

⭕ Autobook

  1. Candidates will be booked automatically as soon as they accept the shift.

  2. Candidates who miss Mandatory-level Documents will not be booked.

⭕ Manual book

Manually booking Candidates gives you full control to decide if you’d like to finalize the booking or save the Candidate for another Job.

🤙 When a Candidate accepts a shift, they will be marked "Accepted but not booked."

  • They will remain in the Pre-booked Candidates section until manually booked.
