To make your jobs appear as work-from-home or Remote jobs in Google Search, we've incorporated specific properties to signal to Google that your jobs are work-from-home jobs.

Follow these steps to ensure your job listings appear as remote positions on Google Search:

1. Setting up Job Location in Vincere

  1. Access the Job Location panel: Navigate to the Quick Add Job or the Job's details page in Vincere.

  2. From the Job's Location panel, select a Country. Choose the country where the applicant can be located. Even though the job is remote, Google requires a country to be specified.

  3. Enter Remote as Location Name: In the Location Name field, explicitly enter "Remote" to indicate that the job is suitable for remote work.

  4. Enter Remote as Town/City: Similarly, in the Town/City field, input "Remote".

Note: It's crucial to input "Remote" in both the Location Name and Town/City fields to ensure that Google recognizes the job as remote.

2. Posting the Job

Once the necessary location details are added, make the Job "public" to post the job to your Job Portal.

After posting, the location of the job will be displayed as "Remote" in the following locations:

Job Portal: On the main job listing page where all available positions are displayed

Job's Details Page: Within the detailed description of the job, visible when a user clicks on the job listing for more information.

3. Schema Properties Added

By configuring the job location as instructed above, the following properties will be included in Google's JobPosting schema:
