How does the Ringover integration work?
Ringover's integration automatically captures key information in Vincere’s workspace about all conversations for all connected users.
Conversation logs are created in Activities every time a call is made or received via Ringover.
SMS logs are created in Activities for all sent and received messages.
Users can enrich their call logs by adding notes and/or pre-defined tags for better call classification.
Conversation log details include call/ SMS date, time and duration, username, call note & tag details, and a link to access the voicemail or call recording.
Users can call contacts directly from Vincere by clicking on the phone number in their candidate profile. (Ringover Chrome extension required)
New candidate profiles can be automatically created and enriched for first-time callers.
Vincere contacts instantly sync into Ringover’s, putting all vital candidate details within easy reach for recruiters
Managers can use Ringover’s dynamic dashboard to monitor and review live calls or even provide live coaching to team mates.
Individual and collective performance reports can be easily generated and exported for better KPI review.
